The Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Isa Ali Ibrahim (Pantami), PhD with the Prime Minister, Côte d’Ivoire, Patrick Achi during the closing ceremony of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) Congress held in Abidjan, Cote D’Ivoire.
Nigeria won two prestigious positions of being in the Council of Administration (CA) and the Postal Operations Council (POC) of the UPU.
