Professor Isa Ali Ibrahim is in Owerri as Special Guest of Honor

As a Special Guest of Honour, Minister of Communications & Digital Economy, Professor Isa Ali Ibrahim (Pantami) FCIIS, FNCS, FBCS is in Owerri, Imo State for the graduation ceremony of 5000 first batch out of 300,000 citizens on #SkillUpImoProject aimed to equip them with cutting-edge digital skills to thrive in the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR).

Professor Pantami was received by the Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodinma.
