UPU CONGRESS COTE D’IVOIRE: Minister Pantami Holds Meeting with Japanese Government Delegation

As part of official activities at the ongoing 27th Universal Postal Union (UPU) Congress taking place in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Isa Ali Ibrahim (Pantami), PhD today held a meeting with a delegation from the government of Japan.
The main discussion of the meeting was centred around a partnership between both countries.
Also part of the meeting was the Post Master General of Nigeria, Dr Ismail Adebayo Adewusi.
The UPU Congress provides an opportunity for the 192 member countries to adopt the new World Postal Strategy and shape the future of the postal sector.
